Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% is charged for no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling within 24 hours of scheduled appointments. If you are running late please communicate that to your esthetician so that they can accommodate you to the best of their ability. If you are more than 5 minutes late without any communication to your esthetician, you may be considered a no-show and the cancellation/no-show fee will apply.
